For MX100TP, MX180TP, MX100QP, MX103QP S2 and MX100QP S2 models. 

V1.1 only adds support for the MX180TP.  MX100TP users do not need to update from V1.0.
V1.2 only adds support for the MX100QP.  MX100TP and MX180TP users do not need to update to this version.
V1.2.2 released 4 Jun 2019 fixes a problem with the ConfigureOutputRange function
V2.01 only adds support for MX103QP S2 and MX100QP S2
V2.02 adds functionality to turn all outputs on/off at once and query the output state of a channel
