The firmware for the ATG Series function generators is available as a zipped .hex file which is installed into the unit using the Firmware flash update utility (V4 or later) linked to below.  The flash update utility is supplied in a .zip file that includes a readme txt file with instructions. 

Firmware version V1.04 fixes some UI hesitancy and a possible lockup when storing and recalling stored settings.
