The firmware for the ADM Series multimeters is available as a .hex file which is installed into the unit using the Firmware flash update utility (V4 or later) linked to below.  The flash update utility is supplied in a .zip file that includes a readme txt file with instructions. 

Firmware version V1.02 corrects the USB VID/PID values which can cause the unit not to be recognized on some early demo units.
